Job Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various levels up to Senior Executive.
- Schedule and arrange interviews for management and leadership roles.
- Prepare offer letters for selected candidates and communicate job details.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for newly recruited employees.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain records of interviews, offers, and new joiners.
- Ensure all recruitment and induction processes comply with company policies.
