Reports to : Senior QA Manager from the QA Team

Position Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Automation QA Test Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for testing and validating our companys ongoing projects, working in close collaboration with development teams in India and North America, as well as with business and customer stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Selenium-based automation and a deep understanding of warehouse management systems, particularly Manhattan Active WMS.

Main Responsibilities :

• Perform end-to-end testing across multiple phases : FUT (Functional Unit Testing), SIT (System Integration Testing), and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Experience in Validation Testing and regression automation for critical business workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS, particularly in warehouse transactions and logistics processes.
• Expertise in Retail and Logistics domain, with practical knowledge of supply chain management workflows.
• Validate EDI transactions, business-critical reports, and ensure data accuracy across integrated systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand technical specifications and translate them into detailed test scenarios and test cases.

Months 12 : Plan and Manage Testing Cycles Define test strategies, timelines, and resource allocation.

Months 34 : Review Test Cases & Reports Ensure test quality, completeness, and alignment with requirements.

Months 56 : Track and Analyze Defects Monitor defect trends and drive root cause analysis.

Months 79 : Coordinate with Dev & Product Teams Align on release readiness and quality standards.

Months 1012 : Mentor QA Team & Improve Processes Support team growth and continuously optimize testing workflows.
