Transformation Program Manager Analyst

Key accountabilities and responsibilities :

• Understand Logistics & Services (L&S) offerings of Shipping Companies
• Lead and execute multiple large-scale transformation projects
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles including scope development storyboarding cross-project dependency management and delivery within defined timelines.
• Drive financial analysis business planning and strategic evaluations to improve business performance and operational efficiency.
• Develop business models and frameworks to support critical decision-making.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and deliver executive-level presentations and reports providing clear data-driven perspectives on business challenges and opportunities.
• Develop robust business models to support critical decision-making processes.
• Engage with C-suite executives and diverse stakeholders tailoring communications to drive alignment and influence outcomes via Business writing and presentations
• Monitor project KPIs and progress providing timely updates and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
