Supervisor- Civil (Palwal)

• Project management : Oversee daily construction activities, manage timelines, and ensure the project stays within budget and meets quality standards.
• Team and resource management : Coordinate and direct construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers, while managing the allocation of labor, materials, and equipment.
• Safety and compliance : Enforce safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications, conduct site inspections to identify hazards, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Communication : Act as a primary point of contact between the project management team, clients, contractors, and workers.
• Quality control : Inspect work to ensure it meets project standards and specifications, and identify and resolve issues to maintain high quality.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of project progress, costs, and quality control measures, including daily and monthly reports.

Required skills and qualifications

Education : Often requires a diploma / degree in civil engineering with required experience around 4-8 years.
