Senior Site Engineer

Position : Senior Site Engineer

Experience : Minimum 10 years in site execution and coordination

Key Skills & Responsibilities (On-Site) :

Day-to-day supervision of all civil, structural, finishing, and MEP-related works

Strong knowledge of site execution methods, sequencing, and coordination with MEP services

Checking and interpreting drawings, resolving discrepancies, and giving site-based solutions

Monitoring manpower, materials, and progress to ensure timely completion of works

Preparing and verifying bar bending schedules, measurements, and daily / weekly progress reports

Coordinating with contractors, vendors, and consultants for smooth site execution

Ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, and adherence to specifications

Attending client / PMC / site meetings and providing timely progress updates

Leading and guiding junior engineers, supervisors, and foremen for effective work execution

Assisting in material reconciliation, subcontractor billing, and site documentation

Qualification : Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
