Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Manager in Noida. The Site Manager will oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role includes coordinating and supervising construction workers, subcontractors, and site operations, managing project schedules, and ensuring site safety and compliance with building regulations.

Qualifications

• Project Management, Site Management, Construction Supervision
• Knowledge of Building Regulations, Safety Standards, and Codes
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Leadership Skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Relevant experience in construction management or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Proficiency in construction management software is a plus
