Job Title : Test Engineering Manager

Location : DLF - Porur (Chennai) / Electronic City - Phase 2 (Bangalore)

Work Timing : UK Shift (1 : 30 PM to 10 : 30 PM)

Work Mode : Hybrid (3 Days per week / 12 days per month from office)

Role Summary : The Test Engineering Manager will lead the Non-Functional Test Team, driving the vision, strategy, and operating model for load and performance testing across the organisation. This role is accountable for ensuring alignment between testing objectives and broader business and technology strategies, delivering measurable value through scalable, high-quality testing practices.
