Performance Tester - JMeter / LoadRunner

Job Summary :

We are looking for a QA Performance Tester to oversee and drive performance testing initiatives across various applications.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in performance testing tools, strong analytical skills, and a passion for identifying and resolving system bottlenecks.

You will collaborate closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure our systems perform optimally under load.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability tests
• Create test plans, scenarios, and scripts using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad, or Gatling
• Monitor and analyze system metrics (CPU, memory, response time, throughput)
• Identify performance bottlenecks and collaborate with dev teams to fix issues
• Provide detailed test reports with findings, graphs, and recommendations
• Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks for performance testing
• Support CI / CD pipelines with integrated performance testing
• Mentor and guide junior performance testers in the team
• Work closely with stakeholders for performance sign-offs and risk assessments
