Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Performance Test Engineer to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, executing, and analyzing performance, load, and stress tests using LoadRunner and Apache JMeter. The role involves working closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure that applications meet performance, scalability, and reliability goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance test scripts using LoadRunner and JMeter.
• Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide detailed reports and recommendations.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and system engineers to resolve performance issues.
• Define performance test strategies, workloads, and metrics aligned with business requirements.
• Monitor and tune application performance across multiple environments (Web, API, and Database layers).
• Automate performance test execution and integrate with CI / CD pipelines.
• Create and maintain performance test documentation, including test plans, scripts, and reports.
• Use monitoring tools (e.g., AppDynamics, Dynatrace, Grafana, New Relic) to analyze system performance and resource utilization.
