Manager, India Tax

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Tax Manager to lead our Direct and Indirect Taxation function. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax provisions, Deferred Tax, and Transfer Pricing under Indian tax laws. You will be responsible for ensuring statutory compliance, optimizing tax positions, managing audits, and supporting strategic business decisions through tax planning.

Key Responsibilities :

Indirect Tax :

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).
• Reconcile GST data between books and returns.
• Handle GST audits, assessments, and departmental queries.
• Provide GST-related advisory on business transactions, vendor / customer contracts, and new business models.
• Monitor changes in GST laws and ensure timely compliance.
