Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Conversation Specialist located in Mumbai. The Conversation Specialist will be responsible for engaging with website visitors in real-time, using both predictive AI tools and human communication skills to convert traffic into qualified leads. Daily tasks include monitoring and managing chats, responding to inquiries promptly, and providing helpful and persuasive information to visitors to encourage conversions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage with website visitors in a persuasive and friendly manner
• Proficiency in using AI tools and technology for assisting with lead conversion
• Experience in real-time chat management
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is a plus
