Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Conversational Specialist. The daily tasks include engaging with website visitors using a combination of AI and persuasive communication to qualify leads, managing multiple conversations simultaneously, conducting research to personalize interactions, and collaborating with the marketing team to improve conversation strategies. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to engage and build rapport with website visitors
• Experience in conducting research and personalizing interactions
• Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
• Experience in working in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in customer service or lead qualification is a plus
