Company – Werq Labs Pvt Ltd. Position – Business Development Executive Department – Health Tech – International Location - Vashi, Palm Beach Road, Navi Mumbai Shift Time – 6 : 00PM to 3 : 00AM (Night Shift) Mon to Fri Role & Responsibilities :

Expert in selling Healthcare IT services, Mobile App Development and Web App Development and on-demand resourcing to international clients.

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs through cold calling, networking & social media. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

Understanding and analysing business, technical & functional requirements from clients. Negotiating with project stakeholders.

Preparing sales reports and projections.

Maintain and develop good relationships with clients. Communicate new project opportunities to existing & potential clients. Handling queries of clients which are related to projects and taking decisions on the basis of client communication.

Must have :

Communication : Effective verbal and written communication.

Networking : Building and maintaining professional relationships.

Market Research : Understanding industry trends and market dynamics.

Negotiation : Ability to negotiate deals and contracts.

Lead Generation : Identifying and qualifying potential leads.

Presentation : Delivering compelling pitches and presentations.

CRM Tools : Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management software.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

Good to have :

Analytical Skills : Interpreting data to identify opportunities.

Strategic Thinking : Developing long-term business growth strategies.

Problem-Solving : Addressing challenges creatively.

Industry Knowledge : Understanding specific industry nuances.

Adaptability : Flexibility in response to changing market conditions.

Sales Skills : Understanding the sales process and techniques.

Education : A bachelor's degree
