Minimum Eligibility :

Candidates must have secured a minimum of 60% throughout academics (10th, 12th, and Graduation).

Candidate must have experience 7 to 10 years.

We're seeking a Software Project Manager who brings in technical expertise with project execution

excellence. You'll guide complex software projects from conception to delivery while ensuring

technical integrity and client satisfaction. Must have an experience of more than 7 years.

Key Responsibilities :

• Along with project management resposibilities, expected to participate to architectural / design

solutioning and contribute to technical design reviews. Should be able to participate in code

reviews / PRs.

Required Qualifications :

5+ years managing software development projects with demonstrable delivery track record

Understanding of system architecture patterns, API design, database schemas, and infrastructure

components

Fluency in non-functional requirements : load balancing, failover strategies, security frameworks

(OWASP), horizontal / vertical scaling approaches

Experience with Agile project methodologies

Excellence in stakeholder communication

Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar) and tracking metrics

(burndown, velocity, cycle time)

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP) and microservices patterns

Experience with at least one programming langauage such as Java, Ruby etc

Experience with Git

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices

Must have background as a coder (even if not current)

The role requires someone who can straddle both, project management and technical solutioning.
