About The Role
The Contact Center Lead will oversee the end-to-end operations of MAVIP Groups outbound and inbound contact center driving campaigns that generate demand, acquire audiences, and strengthen customer engagement for leading global technology brands.
This role requires a strategic operator who understands both the science of outreach and the art of conversation someone who can blend process discipline with market intelligence to deliver measurable GTM outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of Frontlyn, MAVIP Groups Customer Outreach division.
- Plan and execute outbound demand generation, lead qualification, and audience acquisition campaigns for enterprise clients across multiple geographies.
- Oversee inbound support and customer engagement functions to ensure quality interactions and satisfaction.
- Develop campaign strategies and KPIs aligned with client objectives, ensuring delivery excellence and ROI.
- Recruit, train, and mentor calling and coordination teams to maintain productivity, professionalism, and tone alignment with MAVIP Groups GTM standards.
- Collaborate closely with account managers, marketing, and event teams to ensure integrated go-to-market execution.
- Leverage CRM tools, analytics, and reporting dashboards to track performance, optimize scripts, and ensure lead pipeline accuracy.
- Maintain a strong understanding of technology industry segments (Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, Infrastructure, etc.) to ensure meaningful customer Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in contact center or demand generation operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience in B2B technology demand generation or audience acquisition preferred.
- Excellent people management, communication, and motivational skills.
- Deep understanding of CRM workflows, lead qualification, and outreach metrics.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and convert insights into process improvements.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on leadership style capable of balancing planning and execution.
