Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead located in Indore. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing day-to-day kitchen operations, supervising staff, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and overseeing inventory and supply management. Additionally, the Team Lead will work closely with the management team to develop and implement operational strategies, and continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide the team toward success.

• Experience in kitchen operations and inventory management
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in the food industry is a plus
