Billing & Payments
Ensure accurate preparation of service bills and coordinate with clients for timely payments and invoicing follow-ups.Logistics Coordination
Handle logistics related to service operations including dispatch, return of repaired products, and coordination with courier or transport teams.Customer Interaction
Communicate with customers regarding service status, issue resolutions, and post-service feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.Vendor & Technician Coordination
Liaise with service technicians, third-party vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of service tasks.Record Keeping
Maintain records of service calls, repairs, billing, and logistics documentation in the system.Skills Required
