About the Role

Join a fast-growing team driving digital transformation and cybersecurity innovation for a leading healthcare technology services organization. The program focuses on advancing medical device connectivity, cyber risk management, and operational excellence through a modern, cloud-based application ecosystem built on ServiceNow and Azure.

As a ServiceNow Developer, you’ll play a critical role in building, configuring, and optimizing applications that support key operational and cybersecurity functions. You’ll work in a dedicated ServiceNow instance, developing custom modules, integrations, and workflows similar to those in the company’s enterprise instance—enhancing visibility, automation, and performance across the platform.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.

Proven ability to build and maintain custom applications, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and workflows within ServiceNow.

Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and data sources using REST, SOAP, or MID Server integrations.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture,

CMDB ,

ITSM , and

ITOM

modules.

Familiarity with Agile delivery models and experience collaborating with distributed global teams.

Ability to translate functional requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions.

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or System Administrator (CSA) certification preferred.
