Total Experience Range : 5- 10 years

Mode of Interview : ONLINE

Technical competency Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow integrations using Integration Hub, Custom Spokes, and REST APIs.

Build reusable custom Integration Hub spokes for internal and third-party system connectivity.

Develop and maintain custom widgets using AngularJS and ServiceNow APIs to extend portal functionality.

Integrate portal components with backend workflows, notifications, and reporting dashboards.

Optimize portal performance by minimizing load times, reducing API calls, and streamlining data retrieval.

Strong scripting skills (JavaScript, client-side & server-side, Glide API).

Collaborate with platform architects, analysts, and product owners to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring strategies for robust and reliable integrations.

Maintain documentation, conduct code reviews, and follow ServiceNow development best practices.

ServiceNow certification CSA is mandatory.

ServiceNow certifications CAD / CIS-ITSM are a plus.
