Job Title : ServiceNow Business Apps Developer

Experience Required : 7–9 years Only

Location : Bangalore

Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Business Apps Developer to join our Information Management function. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying ITSM and CMDB modules on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, agile project experience, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and configure ITSM modules and Business Applications in ServiceNow.
Design workflows, scripts, and automation using JavaScript and AngularJS.
Manage update sets, deployments, and UAT coordination.
Provide post-go-live support and maintain documentation.
Collaborate in agile, cross-functional teams.

Required Skills :

5–7 years in ServiceNow development (ITSM, CMDB).

2–3 years in scoped / global app development.

Strong scripting : JavaScript, AngularJS, XML, HTML, CSS.

Experience with Agile / Scrum and DevOps.

Admin-level knowledge of ServiceNow (Paris version+).

Preferred :

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM.

Experience with Automated Test Framework (ATF).
