This is 12 episodic drama genre web series to be released on leading OTT platform produced by top premium production house. This is a family revenge saga.

We are scouting for a secondary lead female actress. Supremely talented, mid age and versatile actress in age group of 40 - 45 years who can portray the role of grief-stricken widowed mother. We are looking for a semi known / fresh face to portray this secondary character of "Kusum" with significant on-screen presence with her daughter who's playing the lead role.

This secondary character "Kusum" loses her husband tragically and her husband's property is maliciously taken away by her manipulative and shrewd brother-in-law who's playing negative lead. As a result she is financially deprived living in a chawl with her daughter. To make her end's meet she started working as a house-maid. Absolutely grief-stricken someone who curses her destiny for all the preceding in her life. She's thin but beautiful looking character as she hails from Rajasthan in the film.

Shoot Location : Mumbai

Shoot date : 15th May 2023 onwards

Budget : Very good budget. Will be discussed with the artist upon shortlisting

Dresscode - Simple saree. No make up or lipstick as she's working as a housemaid. Ordinary look.

This is indeed a very strong character and hence, we are looking for a brilliant actress who can justify the character of "Kusum"
