About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter / Staffing Specialist to support our US clients across Manufacturing, Engineering, Automotive, and Healthcare domains. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment, preferably working with VMS / MSP systems and direct client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for Engineering, Manufacturing, and Professional roles in the US market.
• Work closely with hiring managers and delivery teams to meet client expectations on quality and timelines.
• Manage multiple requisitions efficiently with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
• Utilize portals like LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, and internal ATS for effective talent sourcing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Adhere to compliance and client SLAs while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
