We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Technical Manager with operational experience to lead the implementation and delivery of Salesforce solutions. The role requires a strong technical background, project management expertise, and the ability to drive operational efficiency across Salesforce projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and within-budget completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations, and monitor progress.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams on Salesforce architecture, design, and implementation.
- Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage performance of Salesforce vendors and third-party partners.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project objectives, and communicate project status, risks, and issues.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and operational efficiency within Salesforce projects.
- Build and manage a high-performing team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and analysts, providing mentorship and growth opportunities.
- Implement quality control measures, conduct code reviews, and oversee testing activities.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Facilitate change management to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.10+ years of Salesforce implementation and delivery experience, including at least 5 years in managerial or leadership roles.Strong technical expertise in Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom development.Proven experience in Agile and Scrum project management methodologies.Operational experience overseeing Salesforce processes and identifying improvement opportunities.Salesforce certifications preferred : Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Technical Architect.Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and DevOps / CI-CD practices.Familiarity with integration tools like MuleSoft or Informatica.Behavioral Skills :
