We’re seeking a future team member for

the role of Senior Vice President, Application

Development Manager to join our

Treasury Services team. This role is

located in Chennai.

In

this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways :

• Work in medium to large-sized or multiple

small teams responsible for all phases of the systems development

and implementation process.

analysis, design, development, testing, and ongoing support for

client area application systems across diverse development

platforms, computing environments, software, hardware, technology,

and tools.

application development and interface with clients to ensure

systems meet their business requirements.

including development, installation, and maintenance of application

programs.

needs for development and implementation of

applications.

and project managers to ensure systems meet business needs and

specifications.

integrity, and stability of production systems by managing

resources and processes to respond quickly to problems.

and quality standards, monitoring compliance

continuously.

project-related information to relevant parties; advocate for

change management and encourage innovation and creativity in

technology solutions.

motivate, and develop staff to maximize individual contributions,

professional growth, and effective teamwork.

software solutions and technical support aligned with business

needs.

owners to review requirements, deliver prioritized business

functionality, participate in estimation, and follow Agile / Scrum

practices.

product development including daily Scrum meetings, Sprint and

Product Backlog reviews, and solution development.

To be successful in this role, we’re

seeking the following :

working in medium to large-sized or multiple small teams
