Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Sales at Gem Edible Oils, located in Annur. The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, managing key accounts, and fostering strong customer relationships. The role involves leading and training the sales team, monitoring sales performance, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities. The Head of Sales will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales goals with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

Qualifications

edible oil sales experience with minimum 10+ years expectation

Strong Sales and Sales Management skills with a proven track record in achieving targets and driving revenue growth

Proficiency in Team Management and Account Management, with the ability to lead, mentor, and inspire sales teams

Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret market data, forecast trends, and develop actionable strategies

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Experience in the edible oils industry is must

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
