Some of the key responsibilities include1.

• Communication :
• Maintain clear communication skills.2.
• Content Creation :
• Manage polaroid sessions and development content.3.
• Logistics :
• Oversee models' schedules and logistical arrangements.4.
• Shoot Management :
• Handle editorials, test shoots, and model development.5.
• Client Relations :
• Nurture and maintain strong client relationships.6.
• Scouting & Database :
• Actively scout for new talent and creatives, and build a comprehensive database of industry professionals.7.
• Event Organization :
• Plan and execute scouting and model search events.Qualifications- Experience in talent management, talent scouting, and relationship building- Strong negotiation, coordination, and organizational skills- Knowledge of industry trends and market demands in fashion, film, and advertising- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Proficiency in administrative tasks and managing schedules- A background in fashion, marketing, or a related field is advantageous- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
