Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary pre-sales support for the sales team and clients
- Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Prepare solution documentation, BOQs, proposals, and presentations
- Coordinate custom solution requirements and deployment plans
- Liaise between clients, sales, internal technical teams, and external vendors
- Ensure timely delivery, installation, and implementation of solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and client briefings when required
- Track project progress, maintain documentation, and ensure milestone compliance
- Ensure smooth handover to support teams with complete documentation
- Maintain high standards of customer experience and communication at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–4 years of relevant experience in pre-sales / project coordinationGood understanding of IT hardware / POS / enterprise tech solutionsStrong communication skills in English & HindiAbility to manage multiple clients, projects, and timelines simultaneouslyStrong presentation, documentation, and stakeholder management abilitiesProblem-solver with a proactive, execution-driven mindsetWho You Are
