Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager Production, located in Thangadh. The General Manager Production will oversee the day-to-day operations of the production process, including planning, managing, and controlling production activities. The role involves ensuring quality control, leading and coordinating the production team, and optimizing manufacturing processes to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Skills in Production Planning and Production Management
• Ability in Quality Control and ensuring product excellence
• Experience in Manufacturing and optimizing production processes
• Strong Team Leadership capabilities
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site in Thangadh
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred
• Experience : Minimum 5 years in sanitaryware or ceramic manufacturing.
• Languages : Gujarati, Hindi
