Job descriptionStrong understanding of TCP / IP, DNS, VPN, and firewall policies. Experience in Zscaler traffic forwarding methods (ZCC, PAC, GRE, IPSec). Good analytical and problem-solving skills for incident resolution. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Role : Zscaler Administrator.
Experience : Minimum 3 years.
Location : Pune.
Joining : Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Zscaler Administrator with a strong background in Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC) ideal candidate should have expertise in basic networking concepts and hands-on experience in managing and resolving issues related to :
- ZCC configuration and Forwarding profiles and application profiles.
- PAC file creation, modification, and URL categorization and redirection issues.
- Policy configuration and optimization within Zscaler.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated incidents.
