Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager Sales Marketing at RAJA DEVELOPERS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, located in Hyderabad. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining customer satisfaction, managing customer service operations, and leading and managing the overall performance of the sales and marketing departments. The role includes setting sales targets, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the continuous improvement of team members.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
