Position Overview

The HR Technology Analyst III will be responsible for delivering against McCormick’s HR Technology strategy. Will work closely with SAP / SuccessFactors to act as a subject matter expert. The HR Technology Analyst III will also be responsible for training other team members on the systems and data.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead / manage strategic HR projects that have an impact on the MySuccess Platform
• Work closely with other team members to identify and correct potential data or technology issues
• Act as primary Administrator of the MySuccess Platform
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor
• Support end users from a technical standpoint for training-related activities
• Work involves backend support, configuration, and issue resolution
• Coordination with global teams and stakeholders

Experience Required

Educational Qualifications : BSc HR, IT or related business field
