Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Windows Server Engineer with strong knowledge in Windows Server OS, Active Directory, Azure, and Networking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end service delivery, resolution of technical issues, stakeholder management, and driving continuous improvement across our server infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end service delivery to achieve contractual requirements and customer expectations.
• Manage Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Azure, and server security tasks.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships; handle technical escalations efficiently.
• Identify opportunities for service improvements and contribute to automation initiatives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to resolve issues.
• Track metrics, create reports, and support performance optimization.
• Ensure server patching, upgrades, monitoring, and backup processes are carried out timely.
