Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Server Engineer (Windows & Server Hardware) located in Bengaluru. The Field Server Engineer will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting Windows servers and server hardware, maintaining and ensuring the stability of the infrastructure, and handling database-related tasks. The role also involves working with various operating systems to provide efficient solutions and support.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Operating Systems, particularly Windows , AD
• Experience in DELL , HP , IBM Server & Storage Hardware
• Knowledge in Linux & Networking will be value add
• Should have knowledge in Remote Server Analysis & Analysing ILO / iDrac logs
• Should be ready to work in Filed based on the incidents raised by Customer
