Area Sales Manager - Unsecured Business
Job Description : & Business Development :
- Drive the acquisition of unsecured loan customers through DSA Channels
- Meet or exceed area-level sales targets and revenue goals on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Identify and develop new market segments and business Management :
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives and officers.
- Monitor and enhance team productivity and performance through regular reviews and
coaching.
