We are seeking a strategic, results-driven
Marketing professional
to join our team. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and executing marketing campaigns, and collaborating closely with the extended Marketing and Sales teams. Key responsibilities include project management, content creation, market trend analysis, and managing communication channels to strengthen MetricStream’s brand presence and engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
Set up the fundamental blocks using marketing automation tools like HubSpot & Zoho (Emails, Forms, landing pages, progressive profiling, list segmentation, reporting, campaign workflows, Lead Scoring / generation, Custom-integrations)
Collaborate with extended team in launching complex email
campaigns (nurture / drip campaigns) and help map the customer journey through various touchpoints using the marketing automation workflows
Work with the team on email marketing best practices to be followed for HTML coding, design and testing of email campaigns
Create process documents and presentations to share the performance of various email marketing programs and provide suggestions to increase effectiveness of the campaign
Report email KPIs, including A / B testing results and email performance metrics to manage the effectiveness of emails
Make recommendations on how to improve campaign effectiveness and process efficiencies
Provide continuous improvement and make necessary adjustments to deliverables, processes and models while working with reporting manager
Contact’s list management includes enriching, maintaining hygiene, segmenting, etc.
Skills and Experience
2-4 years of B2B email marketing experience in enterprise SaaS
Strong understanding of end-to-end email marketing operations cycle
Strong Communication skills for internal and external collaborations
Expertise in Market Research to understand industry trends and customer needs
Experience in Sales and Marketing to develop and execute effective campaigns
Project Management skills for coordinating and managing marketing projects
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience in the tech industry and knowledge of GRC products is a plus
Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho Campaigns, Microsoft Office, Demandbase and other widely used marketing tools.
Possessing knowledge of SEO, PPC and other digital marketing channels is beneficial

Hands-on email campaign execution (HubSpot & Zoho)
Automated lead nurturing workflows (setup, testing, optimization)
ABM execution with Demandbase
A / B and multivariate testing as a structured, ongoing process
QA and compliance (error-free campaigns, GDPR, CAN-SPAM and other opt-in / out laws)
Detailed reporting and dashboards (HubSpot, Zoho)
Proficiency in Tools :
HubSpot & Zoho Campaigns (core, non-negotiable)
ZoomInfo and other data sources alike
Demandbase (ABM workflows)
Microsoft Clarity & Google Analytics (reporting)
Basic HTML / CSS for template fixes (optional but valuable)

Education
