Key Responsibilities :

✨ Manage end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent.

✨ Post and manage jobs across portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed & IIM Jobs.

✨ Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership teams for strategic hiring.

✨ Conduct interviews and assess candidates for skills and cultural fit.

✨ Track key hiring metrics — time-to-fill, source effectiveness, conversions, etc.

✨ Build strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.

✨ Drive efficient, timely, and cost-effective hiring processes.
