Tasks

  • To solve queries regarding the products through tele talk and convert them into buyers.
  • Inform customers about product & services.
  • Handle inbound & outbound calls
  • To get in touch with the customer for the feedback .
  • Support the team in creating reports and analysing data.
  • CRM involves quickly and effectively identifying the root cause of a customers problem and providing creative solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in any field.
  • Very good spoken / written ENGLISH confident with customer facing roles.
  • Basic knowledge of computers (excel / google sheets).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
