Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Technical Lead / Architect
Job Description :
We are seeking a highly seasoned and expert Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Technical Lead / Architect to anchor our largest and most complex platform initiatives. With 14 to 18 years of total IT experience, including significant focus on the Dynamics CRM platform, the ideal candidate must be a D365 expert with deep proficiency in both core configuration and advanced custom development across the full stack. This critical role is responsible for solution architecture, technical design, and hands-on delivery, available in Bangalore, Chandigarh, and Pune.
Key Responsibilities :
- Dynamics 365 CE Technical Architecture : Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Dynamics 365 CE, providing technical leadership and architectural oversight for complex implementations across Sales, Marketing, Services, and Case Management modules.
- Advanced Customization and Development : Drive the design and development of complex customizations and integrations, demonstrating mastery of the D365 CE development stack.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE Plugin development using .NET Programming.
- Expertise in front-end development using JavaScript for Web Resources, client-side scripting, and optimizing the user experience.
- Must have experience with creating and managing advanced functionalities like workflows, custom entities, Ribbon Customisation, and Portals.
- Azure and Integration Architecture : Architect and implement complex, scalable integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using the Azure suite.
- Strong practical experience with Azure and D365 Integrations using tools like Logic Apps and Azure Functions.
- Expertise in leveraging Power Automate (or equivalents like Logic Apps / Step functions) for workflow automation and data manipulation.
- Experience utilizing Azure Data Factory (ADF) for Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) operations and large-scale data migration / synchronization.
- Power Platform Expertise : Architect solutions utilizing the broader Power Platform ecosystem.
- Design and develop solutions using Power Apps (Model Driven and Canvas App).
- Experience extending D365 capabilities via Power Portal (now Power Pages) for external user access.
- Data and Reporting : Design and implement robust Reporting out of Dynamics 365, leveraging expertise in data structures and integration tools.
- Experience with the Invoicing process in Dyn365 and data extraction for financial reporting.
- Good to have experience with SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and Power BI for advanced data warehousing and visualization.
- Governance and Mentorship : Provide technical guidance to development teams, enforce coding standards, and manage technical risk.
Required Skills :
Must have at least 14+ years of total experience, with significant history in Dynamics CRM (Sales, Marketing, Services, Case Management).Demonstrable Dynamics 365 expert knowledge and hands-on experience, including building complex Customisations and integrations.Expert proficiency in .NET Programming, Plugin development, and JavaScript for Dynamics 365 CE Web Resources.Proven experience with Power Automate or equivalent cloud automation (Logic Apps, Azure Functions).Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE configuration, Customisations, Portals, and Ribbon Customisation.Experience architecting and implementing integrations using Azure and D365 Integration services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions).Proficiency with Power Apps (Model Driven, Canvas App, Power Automate, Power Portal).Preferred Skills (Secondary Skills & Good to Have) :
Experience with SSIS, Azure Data Factory (ADF), and Power BI.Knowledge of building Customer Journey Insights and familiarity with D365 Customer Insights Journey (Real-time Marketing) and the D365 Sale module.Good understanding of advanced Power Apps and Power Automate flows.(ref : hirist.tech)
