Job descriptionHandle end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across sectors. Build and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and relationship-building. Own client communication : understand role mandates, set expectations, and deliver with quality and speed. Drive closures independently with a strong sense of accountability. Meet and exceed monthly / quarterly recruitment targets. Manage internal trackers, ensuring candidate data and process flow is well documented. Work closely along team mates and contribute to Nevoxel's brand, processes, and expansion plans. Have 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or target-driven recruitment. Are assertive, self-motivated, and thrive in high-responsibility roles. Have exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence decision-making. Enjoy solving problems, meeting new people, and closing positions quickly and effectively. Are looking to work in a small, agile, and entrepreneurial setup where your work is visible and valued.
