Your Skills & Experience
Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutionsEnd-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier candidatesCoordinate interview logistics, reference checks, and background verificationMaintain and update recruitment pipelines using ATS and CRM systemsWhat We're Looking For
2+ years' experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)Strong interpersonal and communication skills-you're confident engaging with both clients and candidatesHighly organised, proactive, and solutions-focusedExperience in Australian recruitment is a strong plusProficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platformsWhy Choose Us?
