The role involves overseeing daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, managing budgets, coordinating food and beverage services, and streamlining receptionist duties. Additionally, the role includes leading sales efforts to achieve business goals and maintaining smooth collaboration across departments.

• Experience in Sales and business development
