Responsibilities
Accountability : Capability Building
- Assess the organization, team and employee capability development needs to support current and future business plans
- Develop annual training plan to meet business needs.
- Organize and administrate training as per Annual Operating Plan
- Initiate, conduct and facilitate appropriate in-house trainings
- Organize, coordinate & conduct orientation program; effectively update & maintain orientation program.
- Assist in and ensure quality execution of PI development initiatives (e.g., 360feedback, LeAD, PMP, etc.)
- Gather and consolidate data to provide support in the development of people plan. (e.g., headcount report, organization chart)
Culture shaping & communication
Coordinate employee suggestions, employee R&R programDeliver survey required by organization and follow with the improvement action.Administer, track and basic interpret of Organization Health Survey.Support OHS action planning, implementation and follow-up activities.Advocate the core value and principles of PepsiCo through editing and publishing company newsletter / bulletins / promotional activitiesMeasurement : Fulfillment of training plan, OHS scores, turnover rateQualifications
Key Skills / Experience Required
Bachelor's degree 3-5 years' HR work experience in training, recruiting & employee communicationGood command on EnglishExcellent interpersonal skillsDifferentiating Competencies Required
Understanding of business to effectively influence people developmentUn-authoritatively influence others regarding people related decisionLead & initiate improvement actions according to OHS results.Support OHS action plan implementation and follow-up activities.Skills Required
