About the role

The Project Management Office (PMO) plays a pivotal role in planning, scheduling, executing, supporting, and monitoring multi-country HR transformation initiatives. This position is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered in alignment with RB standards, with a strong focus on governance, stakeholder engagement, and benefit realization.

Your responsibilities

Be responsible for end to end project management activates.

Lead project tracking and communication across geographies.

Provide timely status updates and actionable feedback to senior leadership.

Serve as the primary liaison for local teams, including handling inquiries and invoicing.

Drive issue resolution and develop mitigation plans as needed.

Ensure robust governance and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.

Formulate, organize, and oversee multiple projects across regions and manage interdependencies wherever needed.

Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, milestones, and timelines.

Report progress in accordance with the defined governance framework.

Facilitate effective communication with cross-functional working groups.

Collaborate with Implementation and Technology teams to maintain accurate resource forecasts.

Make informed decisions based on available data and stakeholder input.

Manage project risks, issues, decisions, and actions through structured logs.

Oversee change control processes and associated documentation.

Coordinate with teams (globally) to address country-specific requirements.

Act as a liaison and backup for other PMO functions to ensure seamless coordination.

Customize processes to meet local needs while adhering to global project standards.

Demonstrate strong business acumen and strategic thinking in program execution.

Ensure timely updates of dashboards and reports in line with reporting schedules.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the project management framework.

The experience we're looking for

Master's degree from a recognized institution.

7-10 years of experience in multi-country process transitions and project management related to HR.

Certification in Project Management (PMP or Prince2 Practitioner) is highly desirable.

Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, IT, and Procurement.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and dynamic environments.

Self-starter with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Quick learner with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
