Job Title : Administrative Assistant
Key Responsibilities
∙Provide daily administrative support to management and team members
∙Perform clerical tasks including filing, organizing documents, and handling
correspondence
∙Enter, update, and maintain accurate data records and reports
∙Assist executives with calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination
∙Conduct online research and prepare summaries or reports as needed
∙Proofread documents, listings, and marketing materials for accuracy and clarity
∙Create and manage property listings on real estate platforms (e.g., MLS, Realtor.ca,
Zillow, etc.)
∙Coordinate with agents, photographers, and clients to ensure listings are accurate and up
to date
∙Support office operations, supply management, and other administrative duties as
assigned
Qualifications
∙2–5 years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or office support role
∙Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software)
∙Experience with real estate platforms or familiarity with the real estate industry is an
asset
∙Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∙Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
∙Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
∙High school diploma required; college or university degree preferred
