Real Estate Project Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Project Manager located in Coimbatore. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within budget and timeline constraints. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with teams and stakeholders, managing resources, monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards. The role requires strong organizational and leadership capabilities to align project outcomes with business objectives.

• Proficiency in Risk Assessment and Problem-Solving
• Strong Communication, Leadership, and Collaboration skills
• Experience with Agile Methodologies, Project Scheduling, and Resource Allocation
• Technical proficiency in Project Management Software and Tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, or MS Project)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus
