We manage the full lifecycle — from energy procurement and invoice validation to cleaning operations and rebate reporting — providing end-to-end operational support.

We are now expanding into a BPO Hub in Delhi to serve our growing UK client base.

Role Overview

We’re hiring an experienced Customer Care & Sales Support Executive with a background in sales, client communication, and back-office coordination to manage day-to-day UK client operations.

You’ll handle supplier communication, quotations, contracts, and CRM updates while supporting sales and lead conversion.

The ideal candidate combines customer service excellence with a sales-driven mindset and has hands-on experience with UK energy suppliers or brokers.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily client communication and supplier coordination.
• Manage CRM data (MPAN / MPRN, supplier info, contract dates).
• Prepare, draft, and submit contracts via supplier portals.
• Handle quotations, renewals, and supplier objections.
• Support new lead qualification and conversion through Energyex’s lead system.
• Validate supplier invoices and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
• Maintain accuracy and meet company SLAs.
