We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting core HR operations, employee engagement, and workforce administration. Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation, orientation, and smooth integration.
• Oversee workforce administration activities such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor and manage employee time tracking systems, addressing queries and ensuring adherence to policies.
• Partner with leadership to organize employee engagement initiatives and office activities that promote a positive workplace culture.
• Serve as a first point of contact for HR-related queries and provide day-to-day administrative and operational support.
• Assist in HR compliance, policy communication, and coordination with payroll and benefits administration.
