Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field HR to join our team in the fast-paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR operations, from recruitment and employee relations to training and compliance, ensuring a positive work environment that aligns with our company values and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruitment & Onboarding : Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
- Employee Relations : Act as a point of contact for employee queries, handle grievances, and ensure a healthy work environment.
- Training & Development : Coordinate training programs for staff development, ensuring compliance with operational standards and SOPs.
- Payroll & Attendance : Assist in payroll processing, attendance monitoring, and leave management.
- HR Compliance : Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Performance Management : Support performance appraisal processes and help implement improvement plans where necessary.
- Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports on key HR metrics.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.G., HRIS, ATS systems).Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Preferred Skills :
Experience with employee engagement initiatives.Knowledge of food industry operations is a plus.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in the QSR or hospitality industry.What We Offer :
