An experienced real estate transaction manager for the transaction management team. This is a senior role that requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, financial acumen, client engagement skills, building relationships, and provide strategic solutions for the delivery of clients' strategy and transactions on the real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Account management responsibilities : The role involves maintaining client relationships, assisting in partnering with corporate real estate teams, and participating in business reviews to support client needs for the successful delivery of transaction management services
- Ownership of the real estate portfolio : Take ownership of the client real estate portfolio, critical dates reporting, pre-emptive and strategic with planning and derisking the leased and owned portfolio across India
- Client Strategy and Execution : Develop and implement strategic transaction plans to meet client goals, oversee the execution of transactions such as acquisitions, dispositions, and leases, and ensure successful delivery.
- Client reporting and process management : The position requires coordinating reporting, ensuring data accuracy, supporting users of reporting tools, preparing close-out reports, managing process documentation, and continuously identifying process improvements.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, corporate real estate teams, and internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and collaboration.
- Problem-Solving and Innovation : Proactively identify potential issues, provide tangible solutions, and leverage technology and new products to deliver enhanced value to clients.
- Financial Management : Prepare and evaluate financial analyses, manage client budget forecasting, and ensure that transactions align with cash flow plans and profitability targets.
- Transaction management duties : Key tasks include implementing portfolio plans, initiating projects and renewals, overseeing negotiations and legal reviews, managing brokers, conducting market and financial analyses, collaborating with various specialists, and ensuring process and revenue tracking.
