Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Summary : We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across various roles within the company. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, proactive sourcing, and strong communication skills to ensure we continue to attract and retain the best talent in the industry.Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.Source candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks, etc.).Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact through onboarding.Build strong relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience.Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track and manage candidates.Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) with 6+ years into Non-technical and technical hiring experience.Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting.Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, MS teams,).Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.Strong networking and sourcing skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Soft Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to operate well under pressure.Flexibility to adapt to changing environments.Sound decision making ability.Company OverviewAs a fintech leader, Vervent sets the global standard for outperformance by delivering superior expertise, future-built technology, and meaningful services.
