Job Description – Executive Assistant to Director
Company : Aimlay Pvt. Ltd.
Location : Rohini, Sector 10, Delhi – 110085
Working Days : 6 Days (Monday to Saturday)
Shift Timing : 11 : 30 AM to 8 : 30 PM
Salary : As per industry standards
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Director.
- Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Draft, review, and manage official correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle internal communications efficiently.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely execution of directives from the Director.
- Record meeting minutes and follow up on assigned action items.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by the management.
- Assist in strategic planning, research, and documentation for company initiatives.
- Handle client interactions and external communication on behalf of the Director when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Proven experience (2–5 years) as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior management.Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of professionalism.Personal Attributes :
